Optically and technically, my guitar building stands in the Spanish tradition. The construction process stays very vivid due to constant reinvention of thickness and tensionrelations: in my workshop unique pieces are produced exclusively! Most important for me is not the superficial volume of the instruments, but the sustainability of the tone which originates from a rich overtone spectrum. A modulate-able and differentiable tone meets not only the solistic expression possibilities, but also the harmony in the ensemble. |
My aesthetic ideal corre- sponds to the tonal. Instead of optical overload I aim at a classical elegance which counts exclusively on carefully chosen materials and well-balanced proportions. |

RepairsIn my workshop i do repairs on classical guitars, westerguitars, mandolins, lutes, electric guitars und basses. A broken head or neck is not the end of an instrument by all means! |
